This "Sydney Harbeer" stubby cooler by Sydney illustrator Aidan Howes turns the world's most famous waterfront into a craft beer skyline, with the Harbour Bridge arcing over turquoise water, the Sydney Harbeer Ferry chugging past with a stubby cooler in tow, and a skyline built entirely from cans. Look closely and you'll find 27 real Aussie breweries hiding in the artwork, from Young Henrys and 4 Pines to Kicks, Sunday Road and White Bay. Aidan has designed over 100 beer cans, and it shows in every crisp line and sun-bleached blue of this one. Aidan Howes has drawn over 100 beer cans

The Sydney illustrator started out on graphics for local businesses before breaking into craft beer through Garage Project's rotating artist program for its Fresh IPA releases.

Since then his work has run across festival posters, t-shirt designs, murals and the odd pair of Budgy Smugglers. It all runs on wildlife, Aussie iconography and a healthy respect for a cold one, which is roughly how a koala ended up climbing Sydney Tower.

  • This is a pre-order. Aidan Howe's collab ship from [CONFIRM DATE]. We'll email you a tracking number the day yours leaves Melbourne. If anything slips, you'll hear it from us before the date, not after.

  • Aidan's artwork is printed in a single production run rather than kept in stock, so we open orders before the run and print to demand. It means less waste and it's the only way to know how many to make. You're charged today and your order is locked in.

  • Yes. Email us at info@stubbyz.com.au any time before [CONFIRM DATE] and we'll refund you in full. After that the run is in production and sizes are locked.

  • Four of same design coolers. Want a mix of Aidan's designs instead? That's the Collection pack. [Link once built.]

  • It does. The scene is printed edge to edge and keeps going around the back, meeting at the black binding tape seam. The Harbour Bridge and the ferry sit on the front, the brewery skyline runs around the side for example (Sydney Harbeer cooler).

  • Twenty-seven, drawn label by label. Young Henrys, 4 Pines, Kicks, Sunday Road and White Bay are the easy ones. The rest take a few beers.

  • No. It's full colour dye sublimation, so the colour goes into the neoprene rather than sitting on top of it. There's no printed layer to lift, flake or wash off.
